These dvd where suppose to come with the machine I purchased instead I had to buIy them from thane company. After buying these dvd it one shows the same thing. Not worth the money

Expensive for what they are
There was no problem with the dvds but I returned them as there is plenty of exercise routines on YouTube for free ,but to date I still haven't actually bought the exercise equipment as I'm in two minds about it
