It really works well I’m totally satisfied with the results. I keep my glucose regulated and healing in other areas of my body and it has a pleasant taste.

It works to curb sugar cravings as well as carb binging. I usually buy directly from Herbaly; budget constraints only allowed a one bag purchase this time. This tea is a delightful blend of herbs. I could do without the stevia but it's not overly sweet as some stevia sweetened products.

I rarely write reviews, but often refer to them myself, so I figured I would contribute and write one to help someone who may be 'on the fence' as I was. Sure, the price is steep (tea pun), but if you want to try something that works and lives up to the claims, then this is your cup of tea (I did it again). I admit, while trying it along with meals themselves or mid-day, I didn't see a whole lot of difference, which was discouraging. Where my dramatic results occurred was with my morning or fasting levels. They'd always be mysteriously higher than expected, until I tried this. If I consumed this tea well after dinner, my morning results were often 20 points or so below what they were when I did not consume it, and my day was off to a good start. Recently I forgot to prepare it one night and not only were my numbers back up in the morning, but they remained higher during the day. I resumed that night, the numbers were lower that following morning and again throughout the day. That convinced me. My diet doesn't fluctuate a whole lot, so I truly credit the tea for the difference. I will be buying another bag. One frugal tip for those trying to stretch their output, I often gather a few of the used bags together, soaking them to salvage another cup or two, yielding the same results. Whatever works, right?

The original product was always fantastic.Great blood sugar control.They've switched the product.They've changed the picture of the bag and you don 't know till after you purchase it.It's now a vanilla and orange sunrise.It doesn 't taste anything like the original tea.The original tea was amazing.This new vanilla sunrise tea is not good at all.I was unaware of they switched it.Because the original photo is the same.But the tea is definitely different.Be careful

It taste ok it a bad taste I jus thought I ordered a flat tummy tea ? I had got it to lose weight , idk if I ordered the wrong one or was sent the wrong one ? But I add lemon to mine to help with digestion so I can attempt to try to lose weight . I usually jus have a cup at night . Haven’t noticed anything

Very good flavor- enjoyed it very much- very pricey so will be waiting for another prime sale to get more
