This thing is amazing if you want to sweat. It's a game-changer for my workouts—I feel like I sweat more in this than any other top I own. The material is designed to make you sweat buckets, which is exactly what I was looking for. It fits great and holds up well in the wash, but be prepared to be drenched by the end of your session. Definitely recommend if your goal is to sweat it all out.

I love it. It helps you produce a great sweat while working out. Easy to clean. If I don't use while working out, I'll use it to sleep in. It helps tighten up my stomach over night. Trimming my waste line.. I love it.. I weigh between 255 and 260.. with the combination of working out, most people think I weigh less than what I tell them. I've been told that I have a football player build.

Good quality. I'm a female and I wanted fuller coverage for breast, under arm breast, and back. The men's version is just what I need. Sizing is right on if you go buy you true measurements. However, I want a bit more compression and decided to return to get the smaller size.

Great product! Absolutely makes you sweat and fit's great! I am 5'9 and weigh 160lbs, got the S/M, and truthfully I forget it's even there once it's on. I was wearing the neoprene suits before and as long as this shirt holds up structurally, I will never switch back. I wear it under a t-shirt or rash guard and it doesn't add any weight or inhibit any movement at all in my workouts. I literally have to wring it out when I take it off...speaking of which I would recommend having patience when removing it. I can see how trying to, for lack of a better term, muscle it off can damage it. Take a few extra seconds or so and I believe it will extend the life of this shirt tremendously. Plan on buying another as soon as I am able.
