can i use the three ports at a time?

I use 1st 2 port together and it works perfectly. I think all ports can be used at a time and maybe all ports can supply you a better charging.

What time it took from 0-100% charge?

I charge my iPhone from 10 to 100% and it took approximately 45 or 50 minutes to complete. It seems to me it is really quick.

will it deliver slow charge if i use the 3ports together??

There is ONE dedicated Fast Charger port which speed will not compromise if you use THREE port at a time, other ports charge may very depending to what devices you charging. But overall it won't compromise fast charging speed.

It's working great for me, my S9+ charges very fast in the special quick charge port and I also charge other things at the same time so I'm very happy with it so far I actually bought a second one for another room too.
