Brownmed IMAK Ergo Happineck Pillow - Blue

The IMAK Happineck had very mixed reviews so I was hesitant to buy it. I have been through many neck pillows over the years. I am currently in physical therapy for neck pain. I bought this out of desperation. After one night of sleep my neck pain has improved. The other neck pillows allowed me to move my neck into awkward positions while sleeping. This doesn't. Yes, it is very soft and does not seem supportive. Yet, it works! I noticed that the people who rated it 1-3 stars did not use it on a bed or did not use it at all. It is made to "use with a pillow or not at all", not necessarily on an airplane in a very partially reclined position. It is the perfect pillow for me while sleeping in a bed or for travel.

THe material on this neck pillow is wonderful - supersoft and comfy. I'd love it if the sides were just a bit longer though. You can get the most use by flipping it sideways but then you have to always lean to that side to get comfy. I've yet to carry it with me again on a plane after my first trip with it - it just wasn't quite substantial enough to make it worth lugging around.

I use this neck support every night. I use it along with my regular pillow and it gives just the right lift under my neck to help relax my neck muscles. When I watch TV in bed I flip it in the other direction to give more support. I'm not sure I could sleep without it. My sister-in-law has ALS and I got her one to use in her recliner and her wheel chair.

Provides no neck support, orthopedic or otherwise. I agree with another reviewer that the picture is deceiving - that looks like it would provide some support, which is why I bought it. It is rather small and filled with small bundles of polyester fiber that clump a bit. And because it is so small it slips off your neck if you move your head so the only way to have it stay in place seems to be to hold it in place on the seat back with your neck, which adds to the neck strain, just the opposite of what it is supposed to do. Very disappointed.

Bought several so far and very pleased. I guess it’s a matter of fit, have seen many others that look similar, but this worked far better than anything else I have tried. I think the others were too thick, causing to much bend in the throat. This one seemed odd to me the first time I tried it, but I was quickly converted. Only wish is that it came in a third color so I can easily tell them apart.

So its a little over stuff, its nice on long flights from LAX to JFK, LON or NRT! Nice and soft, however there is no give in the pillow so it can sometimes push your neck uncomfortably forward. Great for side sleeping too!

This pillow is the most comfortable I have found. Whether you are relaxing at home or traveling. It is the best neck pillow, you’ll ever need. Very easy to take wherever you go.

Basically this is an overpriced travel pillow. It is very comfortable to sleep on an I use it for that, but as a travel pillow it seems too short on the sides to walk around wearing, like folks seem to do in the airport. I use it and wanted to use up some HSA dollars so am ok with this but would not otherwise pay do much for this.

I bought the IMAK happineck cushion for both myself and my partner as flight pillows hoping for greater comfort on our upcoming long haul holiday flight. Normally when we go abroad, my partner has no trouble dropping off to sleep, head lolling in his seat, whilst I don't sleep. After much research I settled on these cushions although they had initally seemed a bit pricey in comparison with other flight pillows. The pillows arrived promptly and are packed in their own clear plastic case with a small rope style handle for carrying. We both found the cushions made our flights much more comfortable and, in particular I was surprised at how supported my neck felt; my partner slept but had no neck ache when he woke and I also managed 1-2 hours of nap time too. My partner also uses his for watching televison/napping on the couch at home. They were worth every penny and soft, snuggly and warm too :)

This is a much needed item for neck pain - really excellent for reading and electronic device usage, offers great pain relif

this is a good product but very over-priced considering what is out there on the market. it also doesnt work aswell on flights as some of the smaller ones. where it is ideal for is when you are lying flat. gives you good support. but as i said - way too expensive for what it is.
