Can the neoprene be washed cleaned somehow? How do you get the new smell out?

Warm water and soap and dish sponge air dry

Does it hold land shark bottles?

Yes. But it is not worth the money. All that is in it is a coozy and the metal holds the heat.

I guess it could, but we have not had any issues and we use ours frequently.

Would beer stay colder longer if you chilled the keeper instead of putting cold beer in a room temp keeper?

Beer stays plenty cold without chilling the keeper when at room temp.
