Where are these made?

They’re like a plastic. They stick in the order able/desk and erase easily when using dry erase markers. It was handy in that I didn’t have to get out boards. Some kids like to peel them, so I had to preteach how to use them so that we would be able to use them as intended.

Did anyone have luck flattening the dots out once they are on the table? Mine came folded.
