I ordered this trampoline after much research as I needed 12ft one for my kids. The package arrived in nice clean manner. I was pretty impressed by quality of material, the frame structure is super strong and durable, the quality of spring and jumping mat was pretty nice and safety net and additional padding was pretty good too. Assembly took an hour and half. one suggestion is put springs first before legs especially if you have uneven ground. I wasted some time there and structure was not getting fit but after I put springs first the rest was cakewalk. In terms of actual usage, I tried (185 pounds) and it held my weight pretty well. The structure when assembled and tested was pretty solid. After that I let my kids try it and they absolutely loved it. They invited their friends too and at one time almost 4 kids of age 7-8 were playing together in the trampoline. Safety net is pretty solid as kids were leaning their backs frequently and it held good. I waited good 2-3 weeks to ensure trampoline indeed works well under all conditions and in my view this is one of the best trampoline from quality, reliability and safety wise. I am very happy with the purchase and I am planning to gift one to my friend as well.

There was a QR code on the code that directed me to the Youtube clip showing the entire install. This really gave me a lot of confidence in putting this together myself, as the box is predictably large and needs a couple of people to move into place. I suggest reviewing the video in detail and have it with you during install. It makes everything extremely clear such that I entirely skipped the instruction booklet. The packaging was thick and well padded. Each component was individually wrapped so there was no damage at all. There were a few bags marked spare parts but I didn't end up using any. Installation of the base was very straightforward and can be easily done by one person. The tough part of installing the springs. Per instruction, doing it in a diagonal way is the way to go. There is a very handy tool to allow pulling the spring into place. It does require a good amount of force, but nothing unreasonable. It is after all, all for safety. So far the trampoline has held up well. I am pretty impressed by the quality of the parts, many of them have good heft and also fit perfectly well with easy other there's no worry about tearing or bad install. And yes, it bounces well! That's the best part. And it makes it well worth it.

I purchased a trampoline for my nieces and nephews as a Christmas gift. As I had no familiarity with trampolines, I conducted quite a bit of research. I posed on-line questions to several trampoline companies, and only Lejump came back right away with very detailed and professional answers. I ordered the 10ft Pumpkin model. It was delivered quickly, 2 days, complete and damage free. I was able to assemble the trampoline in around 3 hours. I admit that in the beginning I was skeptical about getting a trampoline but the assembled Lejump trampoline was very solid and sturdy providing me with confidence that it would be very safe for my young nieces and nephews to use. The pumpkin shape is also very unique compared to the round trampoline that one of the neighbors has. It looks very luxurious. I would recommend a Lejump Pumpkin trampoline to anyone seriously considering buying a trampoline.

It took us about an hour and a half with 3 adults putting this together. It came with the spring tool (which it didn't say in the description) and that was a huge time saver. It's perfect for our 6 yr old and another friend. We have experienced what others have said about the ties breaking and the mat flipping up from the outside to expose the springs. Not from the inside where the velcro meets. They are the pleather ties and they have almost all ripped in the 6 months we have had it. I am forever re-sewing them to the mat. Also, the zipper on the net both ripped and broke off the zipper. Mind you, we have 1 child and he is often alone in this, with supervision, so it's not like it's a free for all with 5 kids. I'm still rating it high though because I emailed them and heard right back. They have honored the warranty and are sending us a new net replacement. Fingers crossed that this one makes it longer. The net across the top is great this time of year because of all the leaves falling. Overall, it has been a lifesaver during these trying times when we can't go places to get our energy out.

There’s a suggested tool for the springs when buying this trampoline that I ordered with it. But the trampoline came with one, so don’t bother buying the tool that pulls the springs. I put this together by myself. I ended up putting the mat on upside down (I’m terrible at following directions). It has Velcro that has to face the right directing for the bumper guards to attach too. Had to redo all the springs because of my mistake and it still only about 4 hours all together doing it all by myself. The directions were really easy to follow (once I focused). The quality seems really great. The box was so heavy I just rolled it into my garage until I was ready to put it together. It’s perfect for my daughter to play with. My only complaint right now is that she’s played more with the box it came in then the trampoline itself. But that’s not the manufacturers fault. 😝 The box is very sturdy and we ended up painting it so she could enjoy it too. So thanks for hours of extra fun for my daughter. She loves her trampoline and her “play house.” I’ll update later to say how it holds up through the COVID-19 quarantine and summer break. Edit: A year later and it still looks great. It's easy to move around the yard when it's time to mow. My daughter decided to cut the net off and use the tubes on the bars to play with so I can't really comment on how they hold up because I just don't know 🤦🏻‍♀️ Edit 2: Over 2 years now and it’s held up really well through Texas heat and our winter freezes. No holes or anything wrong with it

Fairly simple to build, even with the brief instructions given. One adult, and a little help from a 6 year old, and it only took us about 1.5 hours to assemble (with a snack break in between). Good quality, so far. With an adult (~170lbs) and a 6 year old (45lb) bouncing on it, I felt the springs were firm but not so firm that the kids can't enjoy it. The net is nice and firm, no slouching into the bouncing area as I've seen in some other styles of trampolines. It comes with a ladder, as well as a storage bag to attach to the trampoline for ease of storing shoes and water bottles. These are nice additions! Also, the shipment (for the 12ft pumpkin style) only included one box! Yay for less packaging!! Really happy with our purchase.

Found it fairly straight forward to assemble with two of us. Did refer to the video several times, as it was better than using the paper instructions. Grandson loved it!

We purchased the 12-ft Le Jump Trampoline from Amazon, and were very impressed with the product. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear and concise. It didn't take long. Our 3 kids enjoy the trampoline and feel safe on it. This Spring, we realized that we had accidentally thrown out the mesh net during Fall cleanup. We contacted the company, and they provided a 50% rebate on purchase of a new one. It would have been free if the part was damaged, and not lost (our fault). Overall, we're very happy with the product and experience.
