These replacement heads are exactly what you need to keep the device working at its best. The bristles stay soft but effective, and I like knowing I’m not reusing an old brush for too long. I received the Soniclear Facial Cleansing System and a Replacement Face Brush Head as a Christmas gift and unfortunately the Replacement Face Brush Head was damaged. The window to return the item had lapsed on Amazon so I contacted Michael Todd Beauty directly. My Customer Experience Manager Ken was so helpful! He is replacing the damaged item. I would definitely recommend products and Michael Todd Beauty.
