Stevia and erythritol mix
This is a blend of stevia and erythritol(another sweetener somewhat equivalent in sweetness to sugar). That's not a bad thing - pure stevia is VERY concentrated(150x sugar), and has a bitter aftertaste, which means it'll be very easy to use too much.I used this in my tea, and personally, I found their claim of 2 teaspoons believable. For obvious reasons, I couldn't verify it firsthand.There was no bitter aftertaste, but there was a sweet taste that lingered for a few minutes. IMO, no problem with that.Also, for all the alarmists out there, there's only a gram of erythritol in this - nowhere near enough for all the doomsday scenarios you guys paint.Peace.

Okay but used to be better
I have bought this 3 times. The last time it tasted less like stevia. It used to be delicious but now I don’t like it as much. Also there seems to be less quantity in each package, though I can’t be sure. I’d try another kind next time or go back to honey.

In time delivery by Amazon.Better than artificial sweetners like Sugar freeHeard its good for health, my father is using since 3 years without any complaint.You need 3 sachets for sweetness of 2 table spoon of sugar. Thats the ratio you need to add.tastes bad when you take it raw.

Superb and amazing product.
Superb and amazing product....tastes just like sugar...No bitter after test...My mother has been using it for last three month and her Hb1ac came 5.5 which is considered excellently controlled blood sugar... I have tried it in Dahi lassi and ice cream and could find no difference between istevia and sugar...Go for it wheater you are diabetec or non diabetec....
