I've used this for years; tested it in a lot of situations. My physical chemistry isn't what it ought to be (low testosterone and whatnot), but this seems to improve all that. I take this and I want to work out more. I want to punch things more, and I think, "Great, let me go work out to get this energy used up." Full disclosure, I take a LOT of this to get this kind of effect. I CAN'T recommend that because I'm not a doctor, so take the recommended dose or consult a doctor to take more. For the prescribed dose I doubt it would do anything for me. It might give you a few more reps or something, I dunno. These are TABLETS that you just swallow, easily. It is so F---ing easy! No making protein shakes or anything.
