This is not the worlds saltiest salt is is quite delicate with a fantastic umami note to it. Not an everyday seasoning but a fantastic product. Would make a great gift for a foodie.

So good!
Didn't know salt can taste so good! I barely ever use soy sauce any more when I eat sushi, just dip the chop sticks in a bit of salt and it's perfect. Also use this now to cook steaks.
