Didn't know I would love this product so much. So comfortable, a perfect swing to read in or just take in the day. Fairly simple to put together. However, I would suggest two individuals for assembly.

I spent months looking for the perfect porch swing! I needed something with a canopy and a cup holder, but most of what was available had awful reviews and hundreds of pictures of the wind ripping through canopies. Then I came across this swing and the reviews were great, each swing moved independently, each chair has its own canopy and there are cup holders and a small table on each side. We’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I love this swing. I work from home and sit on this swing daily while working. It’s so comfortable and glides so smooth. I had a minor issue with one of the parts and their customer service group responded immediately and shipped a replacement part. I couldn’t figure out which part number it was and they even helped me figure it out just through pictures. I can’t recommend this swing enough!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy to assemble, my only complaint is that the stitching on one of the cushions was not done correctly.

The instructions indicate this to be a two person assembly but with determination one will accomplish the task. It would be an easier assembly if there were written instructions along with the drawings. Assembly completion is the reward! I had a question before I began and customer service was very quick.

After some difficulty receiving wrong parts, the company was very kind and easy to deal with in getting the correct parts. I'm a 63 yr old single female and assembled it on my own with little difficulty once I received the correct part. The swing is nice, cushions are comfortable. The poles were scuffed up in places and I do have concern the seat slings wont wear well, as one had a tiny tear in it and are just pretty thin material. All in all for the price I'm moderately satisfied with it.

I put this together with the help of a friend, it didn't take too long to put together. The assembly instructions were just pictures, no written instructions or explanations, you would think, being a man, that would be perfect, but it was actually a little confusing. We put a couple of pieces together backwards or upside down and had to take it apart and put it back together correctly. Once it was assembled, my friend and another neighbor both liked it so much that they wanted to know where I got it so they could get one for themselves. My wife absolutely loves it. I did make 1 modification to it. I bought a couple of pool noodles and cut them in half to slide over the arms on the swing to make nice soft arm rests and add a little more color to the swing. I highly recommend. I just got it put together a couple of days ago so, I can't comment on durability but, it is comfortable to sit in and swing.

UPDATE: dropping down to one star. You can’t find any cushions anywhere that fit this. Less than a year and they go flat and dry rot. Steel frame is amazing quality though. I wish I was crafty enough to sew up something for this, but sadly I am not nor do I have time too. To be clear the seat will fall right on through without proper cushions. There are no rods or support for the seat. It’s like a hammock seat. So without proper cushions it’s worthless and I can’t imagine having to pay to haul this thing off to a dump. I love that I can sit still while the other person swings. Or visa versa. Very sturdy. I don’t think the wind will be flipping this one over like my old swing with a solid canopy.
