K&H Single Induction Cooktop - Built-In Electric Stove Top with 9 Heating Levels - 120V & 1800W Built-in Single Burner Ceramic Glass Induction Cooktop - Touch Control, Timer & Child Lock, SIN-1801

I have made breakfast on the 110v single burner K&H Induction Cooktop nearly every day for the last 5 years and it is great. When making hard boiled eggs, it brings the water to a boil quickly, and then I set it to the lowest setting and use the timer to turn it off while I get ready for work. Consistent result every time. I also use it for some pan frying, heating vegetables and cooking potatoes. I use the timer function for cooking vegetables. Things I love about it: In summer very little heat is given off into the room. It heats very quickly. The cooling fan is thermostatically controlled and only runs as needed, so it is much quieter than other induction cooktops that I've used. The flat glass cooktop cleans up easily and still looks great after five years of use. Things I would improve if I could: At power levels below 50%, the cooktop cycles power on and off to limit heating, I wish it could heat continuously on the lower power settings. Every once in a while it turns off for no apparent reason, but this is a rare occurrence. The touch controls don't work if my fingers are wet. Overall, I've been really pleased with this, and it is now a lower price than I paid back in 2020. I use it more often than I use my gas stove top.

Effective, good price, looks really nice, but very loud. I've used other induction cooktops that they do buzz like this one, but not as loud. I got it as a backup in case I ever run out of propane in my RV, so for the occasional use it gets it works well.

The first (and only) time I plugged it in, the fan has made this really loud squealing sound. Idk what’s wrong with it, but by the time I finally was able to test it out, I was outside the return window

Installed and haven't had any issues. Love it for the price! works great and heats up quick.

Received my unit October 5, 2021. The cord has now been changed to a regular (standard) 2 prong outlet for use on a 15 or 20A circuit. No ground is provided on the cord which it should be. So it WILL plug into any regular outlet. The power level on this unit is 1,100W maximum, not 1,800W! This is a big deal. From what I've seen induction should be much faster at heating than any other heat source. Not so with this unit. My regular nothing special 20 year old gas stove will boil water much faster than this unit. I measured the power and it's only 1,100W. I used many different kinds of pans (all rated for induction use) and couldn't get more power. EDIT: Ordered another unit to see if the power level was a fluke on the first one. Nope, same power. Ordered another brand, and power is MUCH higher. So this is a no go for me.

Yo no recomiendo este producto , se rompe con facilidad , lo compré hace un mes y medio y ya se fastidió , los componentes dentro se queman y cuando voy a mirarlo para devolverlo solo tienen una ventana de devolución de un mes y el mío se fastidió al y 15 días 😡muy poca garantía … porque será ??? 🧐👎

The picture of the end of the cord on the product page in Amazon shows a typical US cord - and does not match the cord on the stove you shipped. That cord will not work with anything standard. To make it worse, they just blow you off: "That is our standard plug. as well as we do not supply adapters. "
