Review: An Amazing Gift from Elizabeth - It's an amazing book. It conveys Elizabeth's passion not only for cooking and experimenting with recipes but also for sharing knowledge with others, which is wonderful. It's a priceless gift to all who are on a carb free diet and yet struggling with finding replacement's for bread. Elizabeth offers alternatives for all the important bread varieties in an easy to follow and visually appealing book. I can't believe it's free. Just one question. If you can't tolerate almond flour, what's the alternative in baking? Review: Cookbook - Great cookbook but if you are a person who truly follows a ketogenic diet and do not use net carbs then this cookbook is not going to help you much. It featured net carbs to be considered low carb and I do not do net carbs. there is one recipe however that makes it worhtwhile and that is the Cloud bread recipe. 0 carbs. Yeah! The recipes look fantastic so it you can do 17 grams of carbs for a piece of bread then go for it. That is the highest carb bread I believe in the book.

More like a cook pamplet
This is hardly a cook"book". More like a recipe pamplet. It has maybe 14 -16 recipes, and the recipe for the basic sandwich loaf doesn't look very good. It does have a visual appeal to the booklet,- the pictures and layout are nice. I've yet to try any recipe for my celiac daughter.

Poor Kindle version
The Kindle edition I received consists of full page scans. None of the text is searchable. Nor, for that reason, can it be copied into a recipe manager. Type can not be resized, although you can, as with any image, enlarge it until you see the pixel artifacts. The one happy detail is that if you use the Kindle menu to move to the beginning and flip a page or two, there is a table of contents which is clickable. I hope the author takes the trouble to create a proper ebook version: the content itself looks very good!

Excellent Keto bread recipes!
I love this book. It does not have a lot of pages but it has good recipes to try. It has a variety of good breads, pizza dough, cheese bread, and pancakes. They teach you how to use these various flours to get excellent results. I am totally gluten free so I enjoy the variety. The recipes are easy to use and full images included.

In this wonderful cookbook, I have found muffins
Thank you, Elizabeth Jane ! The one food most of us on Low Carb, Paleo, Keto, and Gluten Free lifestyles miss the most is bread. In this wonderful cookbook, I have found muffins, breadsticks, sandwich bread and even bagels. Of special note, are the ingredient substitutions, suggestions to tweak the flavors , and a handy chart for UK/US measurement and temp conversions. Very well written and worth 5 stars.

WASTE OF MONEY
I purchased "Ketogenic Desserts & Sweet Snacks" and the "Keto Bread Bakers Cookbook," both by Elizabeth Jane. Both books are very thin paperbacks containing less than 40 pages each; they are more like booklets than actual "books." I would not recommend either book, or probably any other book by Ms. Jane. I am submitting a review for each of the 2 books I bought. The KETO BREAD BAKERS COOKBOOK by Elizabeth Jane appears to be like all of her other "books," i.e., a skinny booklet format containing less than 40 pages. The Bread Bakers book consists of 37 numbered pages, containing 22 recipes. On at least 4 pages, Ms. Jane's other books are promoted. In the entire "Loaf Breads" chapter, every darned recipe begins with the words "grease a loaf pan." What size? Ms. Jane does not say. In the Cloud Bread recipe, Ms. Jane says to fold the wet ingredients INTO the whipped egg whites. What?! I have lived a long time, and in my entire life, every recipe I've ever encountered that involved combining anything with whipped egg whites ALWAYS instructed the cook to fold the egg whites INTO the other ingredients, not the other way around. There is a recipe for Jalapeno Cornbread, where readers are told to "grease a cast iron skillet." Again, what size? When we are told to "grease a loaf pan," it is not clear if we are supposed to grease the bottom and sides of the pan or just the bottom. I also have the same problem with this book that I have with the author's Keto Desserts book, i.e., the recipes seem to use copious amounts of eggs and a lot of expensive almond flour and numerous other ingredients โ many quite pricey โ that are not in the average consumer's pantry, so I would not describe these recipes as budget-friendly. The Cloud Bread recipe calls for "1 drop of stevia extract." While I might like to try that recipe, I would not buy stevia extract, just so I could use "1 drop" of it. Who wants to spend $25 on non-standard ingredients to make one loaf of bread, just to find out whether or not they like it? The recipes also use a lot of coconut flour, coconut butter, and coconut cream, and coconut is high in calories and saturated fats, so I would not call the recipes especially healthy either. I am sorry I bought these books, but I will not be buying any more "books" by Ms. Jane.

A great book to get a little bread back into my life! !!
Tasty recipes and gave me a new way to look at how I can have bread and not feel guilty. Very good book and I have not had any trouble reading or understanding the recipes! I took my time and went step by step and the bread came out to my liking!

Very happy with order

A good book for the keto cookbook shelf.
The recipes are pretty typical of Keto breads The book is thin, like a magazine but with a better cover and paper. I recommend it for the variety of recipes and excellent price (an Amazon publication).

Definitely NOT Keto
Do not waste your money on this book. Almost very recipe has high carbohydrate flour added. The beautiful picture on the front page is made from 1.5 cups of high carbohydrate flour. It should not be called keto bread. That is misleading. It's OK as a gluten free cookbook but I've seen better gluten free books. The author seems to have confused keto "flours" with gluten free flour. A useless book that is just using keto and pictures of non-keto products as a way of sucking in people to purchase. The star rating on the book is 4.5! That's hard to believe when most of the reviews I've read are 1 star. If there was a way I could get my money back I would.

Easy to follow.
A thin little book. Approx 25 (? didn't count) recipes. I like that they are listed in degree of time/difficulty so it makes it easier to choose which one you have time to do. It also has protein/fat/carb grams per slice so if you are following Keto you can determine serving size per day. So far have tried making 2 different loaves. They have turned out as the recipe describes. The ingredients have also been easy to find (Eg coconut flour) and not too complicated or expensive.
