Isn’t red enough, just has some red circles.
Got a supposedly red one. While I appreciate the quartz, the design, and general value for the money; isn’t as red as I’d like. Expected it to be more red than it is, it’s less red than pictured. All that’s red are circles around the base here & there. They look like red gems in the advert but they aren’t, which I’m glad they aren’t. But red circles ain’t much to look at either. Can’t say I get it, ha. Even when light hits it, no matter the angle, still looks like a clear quartz lotus flower with red circles at its base and not a red lotus. If it was red, I’d love it and give it 5 stars for sure. But it isn’t, so it’s meh and gets 3 maybe 2 stars. But I’m being generous ‘cause the design and value are decent. Shame, cause it’d be excellent if it was red. Nice size. Can’t believe I’m typing this much. But I bought it so I’m keeping it because I’m sick of Amazon returns, ha. Due to things being damaged (especially "new" books which is so foul in my book), or not as pictured, or the wrong size, or smaller/larger than pictured, or a different color than pictured, or being overcharged for what’s actually crap compared to what’s pictured, or fill in the blank. Notice a pattern..? Really wish Amazon had better standards. A lot of opportunists and charlatans selling on here, seems it’s getting worse. Needed to vent it evidently, obviously I’m not alone. Not made of money, and who wants to get ripped off. Thanks, China. (Most of what Amazon sells is made in China if you haven’t noticed. Apparently Amazon and China have a steal of a deal, at our expense. Le sigh.)
